Riyad Mahrez says 'Leicester City were always aware of my whereabouts' after returning to training on Friday after an absence of nearly two weeks.
Mahrez was unhappy that Leicester rejected three bids for as much as £60m from Manchester City in January, despite him handing in a transfer request.
However he has now returned to training, and has promised to give his all for the remainder of the campaign.
In an official statement, Mahrez said: 'Over the past ten days many people claiming to be my friend have spoken about me and things they know nothing about.
