Peter Schmeichel admits it would be a 'dream' to see his son Kasper play for Manchester United.

Leicester shot-stopper Kasper has been touted as a potential replacement for David de Gea, amid reports the Spaniard is wanted by Real Madrid.

Schmeichel snr says the 30-year-old is in no hurry to leave ambitious Leicester, with whom he won the Premier League title in remarkable fashion in 2015-16.

But he insists Kasper is good enough to follow in his footsteps and be United's number one should the jersey become available.
