Armonty Bryant nailed the interview. But the physical was a bombshell.
Bryant, a linebacker drafted by Cleveland in 2013, played three seasons with the Browns and part of one with Detroit. The Lions cut him midway through the the 2017 campaign.
Last year about this time Bryant arranged a visit with the Raiders. They were interested enough to give him a physical. They subsequently signed him.
However, according to ESPN, not long after Bryant’s visit with the Raiders, team doctors called him with an urgent message.
