SAN JOSE -– Ravens starting left tackle Eugene Monroe (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Raiders. James Hurst will likely start in place of Monroe, and the Ravens’ offensive line will need to play better than it did Week 1 against the Broncos.

Monroe left the game early last week, and Joe Flacco was sacked twice and hit 17 times.
