Marquette King, Mario Edwards Jr. Among Players Fined For Arm Wrestling

Over the weekend, 30 or more current (and some former) NFL players participated in an Arm Wrestling tournament at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Two of them were Oakland Raiders — Marquette King and Mario Edwards Jr.

James Harrison and Marshawn Lynch were also at the event, which is officially called The Pro Football Arm Wrestling Championship. The issue is that league rules prohibit players from participating or appearing in events in Casino’s, and the expectation is that the players involved will be fined.

With the Raiders recently being approved to relocate to Las Vegas, this is a quick test of the league’s policy as it relates to gambling, and to just Vegas in general.
