Chiefs 40, Raiders 9: Studs and duds from another Arrowhead nightmare

The Raiders had it all in front of them and gave it all away.

A 40-9 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium was notable in only just how easy the Raiders made it for the now-and-future AFC West champions.

There were turnovers, penalties and mistakes galore for the Raiders in dropping their 10th game in the last 11 to the Chiefs and their seventh consecutive defeat at their least favorite venue.

Derek Carr, hoping to have his first good game at Arrowhead, instead had another bad one. Carr had two first-half interceptions, including one that Juan Thornhill ran back 46 yards for a second half touchdown.
