Rick Pitino is back in the coaching game.
This morning, the former Louisville and Kentucky basketball coach confirmed on his Twitter page that he would be taking over as the Greek national team head coach as they look to qualify for the 2020 Olympics.
Really honored to be coaching the Greek National team. Have a lot of work and preparation ahead but I’m looking forward to the challenge.

Coaching in the Greek League with Panathinaikos during the 2018-19 season, Pitino led the team to a league championship before turning down an offer to return as president and coach in June.
