The Kentucky Football head coach and his wife Chantel are investing in a new local bourbon business and distillery, Old Wm. Tarr bourbon, according to Wave3news.

The bourbon is named after Paris, KY native William Tarr, who owned and operated Lexington’s first federally registered distillery back in the 1860s-70s.
