The Basketball Tournament announced on Wednesday that they plan to return this summer for a chance to win $2 million and at least one former Kentucky Wildcat has signed up in hopes of taking it home.
Marcus Lee will participate in the tournament as a member of Team Detroit. The announcement was made via Twitter on Friday evening.
If you recall, Lexington hosted a region of TBT last summer inside Frederick Douglass High School and Lee was actually a member of the local team named The Bluegrass Boys. Along with Lee, Dominique Hawkins, Ramon Harris, Kevin Galloway, and Drew McDonald (NKU alum) helped make up the Kentucky-based roster.
