We’ve reached a slow point on the sports calendar in the Bluegrass State. Luckily, coffee golf will get our Saturday rolling on a hot July Saturday.
Out at Royal Liverpool Golf Club in England, it is moving day at the 151st Open Championship. Brian Harman has surprised many with a 67-65 to fire 10-under with only one bogey in 36 holes to give himself a five-shot lead. The 36-year-old Georgia alum owns two career PGA Tour wins and can probably bring home his first major championship title if he can play par golf over the weekend.
Meanwhile, Tommy Fleetwood is another player looking for his first major championship title, and the English pro will have the support of the huge crowds at Royal Liverpool.
