The Athletic’s Shams Charania reported on Monday morning the Houston Rockets are signing Willie Cauley-Stein to a 10-day contract. The former Kentucky center has one of the more interesting personalities you’ll find in the game and it is great to see him back on an NBA roster, even if it is just for 10 days.
Cauley-Stein attended training camp with the Rockets before being waived and has spent 10 games playing for their G-League affiliate, the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, where he is averaging 9.
