Hilton Head Island charter fishing captain Chip Michalove, a Kentucky native and longtime Big Blue fan, is hoping to use a Great White Shark to solve a crime.
In 2016, 14-year old Grace Sulak was killed in a hit-and-run accident on eastbound I-26 near the 134-mile marker. The driver of the truck has never been found (see police bulletin below).
Michalove recently landed a 15-foot Great White Shark of the HHI coast and named her Grace in hopes of bringing awareness to the case.
Here are more details on the story from Fitsnews.com:
Grace is named after Grace Sulak, a Bluffton teen who was killed in a hit-and-run accident on eastbound I-26 near the 134-mile marker in May 2016.
