Eastern Kentucky University senior guard Jaylen Babb-Harrison has been arrested and charged with first degree rape.
Babb-Harrison has been suspended from the basketball team pending further investigation.

According to an arrest citation, police were called to Baptist Health Richmond ER to investigate a sexual assault. Police say the victim told them that she had been at Babb-Harrison’s home and he had sex with her against her will.
Police say when they interviewed Babb-Harrison, he stated that the victim never said she wanted to have sex and did tell him to stop at one point.
