Oh, hey, another reason to love Devin Booker. Last week, the former Kentucky Wildcat and current Suns All-Star brought some joy to some lucky ladies in Phoenix. With the help of the Suns’ mascot, Booker surprised two Girls Scouts outside of the Footprint Center, telling them on FaceTime he was buying all of their cookies for the female workers at the arena in honor of Women’s History Month.
As ABC15’s story noted, this isn’t the first time that Booker has helped the Girl Scouts. In October 2021, he surprised them with a $100,000 donation to buy a new mini-bus to transport them to and from activities and experiences.
