Kent State University director of athletics Joel Nielsen announced on Friday that KSU will not be renewing the contract of women’s basketball coach Danielle O’Banion.
O’Banion compiled a 21-98 overall record through four years at KSU.
“We appreciate everything Danny has done for the program over the past four years,” said Neilsen in a press release. “She is a person of great character and has led our program with tremendous class and integrity.”
