Flashes Post 195.650 at Michigan Regional

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Kent State Gymnastics made its return to the NCAA Championships on Thursday, scoring 195.650 at the Michigan Regional.

The No. 23 Golden Flashes finished behind Alabama (197.450), Penn State (196.925), and Michigan (196.725). The Crimson Tide and Nittany Lions will advance to Saturday's session.

Kent State had a historic season in 2024 as the squad set five of the six-highest scores in program history and broke program records on vault, bars, and floor. The Flashes took home the Mid-American Conference regular season title after going 5-1 against conference foes.
