KENT- Kent State takes a 10-game win streak into a weekend series with the Canisius Golden Griffins.
This weekend series has been adjusted due to the cold weather expected on Saturday and Sunday. The teams will play a double header on Friday starting at one, with a solo game on Monday starting at three.
The Flashes ran their win streak to 10, their longest since 2016, with a 7-0 shutout of Lake Erie College on Wednesday. Aidan Longwell was impressive in his start, retiring all nine batters he faced including the final seven by strikeout.
