K-State professor to join medical staff at Rio Olympics

More than 10,000 athletes from around the world will converge at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro next month in the hopes of achieving their dream of winning a gold medal.

Phillip Vardiman will be living out one of his own dreams without ever competing.
