LAWRENCE – Bells and whistles were disguised with leather and lace in the recently updated Kansas football locker room.
Media toured the facility this week – a $2 million upgrade designed to help coaches point to several amenities when recruits visit campus.
There is another structure, though, adjacent to the Anderson Family Football Complex that needs attention too. That would be Memorial Stadium. Depending on who you talk to there are those who believe the Jayhawks’ gridiron should be refurbished, reconstructed or razed.
Whatever camp you happen to be in, realize the stadium will not be relocated.
