Kurtis Taufa, a 6-foot-2, 235-pound linebacker from Snow College, committed to the Kansas football team on his Twitter account Saturday.
Taufa — a two-star recruit according to Rivals.com and a three-star on 247Sports — decommitted from Utah earlier in the week.
"I'm just excited thinking about going there,” Taufa told JayhawkSlant. “When I went on my visit (this week) it was fun, but the next trip there, I mean business. I can’t wait and I’m really excited.”
Taufa also had offers from Missouri and Washington State and is planning on joining the Jayhawks after graduating from Snow following the fall semester.
