Man, the Chicago White Sox are so bad. Oh, yes, the Kansas City Royals have been very good this year. I’m just glad that they probably won’t be like the White Sox, who have somehow managed to only win two of their first 16 games. At the end of tonight’s 2-0 victory against said White Sox, Jeff Goldberg was interviewing Vinnie Pasquantino and Goldberg asked him about the Royals’ resiliency and bounceback ability so far this season (they’re 5-1 after a loss, including tonight’s win).
Vinnie’s response? “It’s not a bounceback. We’re just a good team.” You love to see it.
