The Royals have re-signed left-handed reliever Tim Collins to a one-year deal according to Jeffrey Flanagan. Collins missed the entire 2015 season after Tommy John surgery but should be able to return near the start of next year if not by Opening Day. The one-year contract is for $1.475 million with a $50,000 All-Star bonus. Collins was a candidate to be non-tendered this week, but the Royals must be confident enough in his recovery to commit to him for another season
