Alex Gordon made his first start in left field for the Storm Chasers and went 1-for-3 with an RBI single in the fifth to break the scoreless tie. Gordon walked and scored a run in Omaha’s four-run seventh. Brett Eibner capped the inning with a two-run double.
Jose Martinez went 2-for-4 to increase his batting average to .392 and extend his hitting streak to ten games. Reymond Fuentes went 3-for-4 with an RBI double.
