The Jacksonville Jaguars are reportedly adding an additional mind to the front office braintrust. Per NFL insider, Adam Schefter, former University of Michigan Director of Player Personnel Tom Gamble will be rejoining the Jaguars front office before the coming draft.
Longtime NFL personnel executive Tom Gamble, who was Michigan’s director of player personnel during its national championship run, has returned to the NFL and the Jacksonville Jaguars’ front office.

Gamble was previously hired by the Jaguars in 2021 as the Senior Personnel Executive, before deciding to follow Jim Harbaugh to the University of Michigan as their Director of Player Personnel.
