Having missed three games as a rookie and six games last season while being plagued by injuries, Jaguars receiver Marqise Lee knew his absence from training camp Friday due to what the team is describing as a mild hamstring strain would be a major topic he had to address.
But the third-year receiver sounded confident that this setback would be temporary, going as far to say that he might not have even mentioned it to the Jaguars coaching staff as a rookie.
“First year I would have never said nothing,” Lee said while talking to reporters at his locker Friday after practice.
