Jaguars' offensive line needs quick improvement from Beachum-Joeckel tandem on left side

As the clock struck midnight and an ugly Sunday became Monday for the first-team Jaguars offense, exhausted left tackle Kelvin Beachum stood and acknowledged a substantial amount of work remains before the left side of the team’s offensive line is solidified.

A few lockers over, exasperated left guard Luke Joeckel was seemingly still searching for answers to perform better at his new position and agreed it is critical that progress be made quickly.

Beachum and Joeckel played side-by-side against Cincinnati for the first time. Beachum was shaking off the rust (first game action) while Joeckel was shaking off the cobwebs from being bulldozed early by All-Pro defensive tackle Geno Atkins.
