The NFL reinstated Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson last week, which means that teams no longer have to worry about if he will be suspended or not for the 2015 season, if they were interested in trading for him. There have been a lot of rumblings that Peterson has not been happy with how the Vikings handled his situation and wants out of Minnesota.
The issue going forward seems to be if the Vikings can get the kind of compensation you'd think you'd be able to get for Peterson and if there's a team willing to take on the remainder of his $86 million contract, which still has three years and about $45 million left on the tab.
