The best part of Jamison Lalk’s football season didn’t take place at Jack Trice Stadium. It was in his bed. At about 5 a.m. when he wasn’t really awake.
His wife, Courtney, nudged him and handed over a card. She wrote a few cute things inside. What she put on the back would change his life.
She was pregnant.
“Had the biggest smile on his face,” Courtney said.
Jamison is currently having his best season at ISU and it doesn’t match up to what he’s dealing with at home.
