Cyclones Win Big at St. Thomas

The first quarter went well for the Cyclones, on both ends of the court. On the offensive end, the Cyclones got to the free throw line, and capitalized on their opportunities going 6-6 at the stripe on the quarter. On the defensive end, the Cyclones played well and were helped out by cold shooting. St. Thomas went 0-10 from deep in the first quarter, and never got to the free throw line. The Cyclones were able to set the tone for the whole game in the first quarter and took a commanding 23-6 lead to the quarter break.
