Ibrahimovic included in third set of Ballon d'Or candidates

The Manchester United striker has been selected in the 30-man shortlist, having been announced alongside Andres Iniesta, Koke, Toni Kroos and Robert Lewandowski.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been named in the third set of players nominated for the Ballon d'Or.

The candidates for the award are being unveiled throughout Monday in batches of five, and the Manchester United star was included alongside Andres Iniesta, Koke, Toni Kroos and Robert Lewandowski.

The previous two announcements saw Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, Sergio Aguero, Gianluigi Buffon and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang included together, with Kevin De Bruyne, Antoine Griezmann, Paulo Dybala, Gonzalo Higuain and Diego Godin following later.
