The Indianapolis Colts today signed free agent running back Daryl Richardson and placed running back George Winn on the Injured Reserve List.
Richardson, 5-11, 196 pounds, most recently spent time with the Jacksonville Jaguars before being released on May 1, 2017. He has played in 27 career games (three starts) and totaled 169 carries for 697 yards (4.1 avg.) and 38 receptions for 284 yards in his time with the Jaguars (2016), Pittsburgh Steelers (2016) and St. Louis Rams (2012-13). Richardson also previously spent time on the practice squads of the Steelers (2016), Cleveland Browns (2015), Houston Texans (2015) and Jets (2014).
