Report: Colts Sign Jeff Locke as New Punter

According to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo, the Indianapolis Colts are signing former Minnesota Vikings punter Jeff Locke to replace the recently retired Pat McAfee:

Having been a 2013 5th round pick of the Minnesota Vikings, the 27 year old is coming off a season in which he had 74 punts, averaging 42.6 yards per punt, as well as 39.0 net yards per punt.
