Colts Thursday Injury Report: Four Players Held Out of Practice

The Indianapolis Colts released their Thursday injury report and four players were held out of practice including safety Clayton Geathers (neck), offensive guard Denzelle Good (concussion), defensive lineman Zach Kerr (concussion), and outside linebacker Robert Mathis (bicep).

It’s starting to look doubtful that either Geathers (‘week-to-week’) or Mathis (‘day-to-day’) will be available for Sunday’s game, while Good and Kerr have to eventually practice full-contact then be evaluated by an independent neurologist before either can clear the league’s concussion protocol–which hasn’t happened yet.

There’s still time though for any of the aforementioned players to make some substantial progress this week in order to play on Sunday.
