Who is he?
Frankie Williams didn't have to go far to get his NFL shot, as he played collegiately at Purdue before signing as an undrafted free agent with the Colts this offseason. While at Purdue, Williams played in 48 games (starting 38) and recorded 227 tackles, 5.
