Colts 1-2 after fourth-quarter comeback. Barely.

NASHVILLE – Whew.

They can exhale, these 1-2 Indianapolis Colts, who scraped and salvaged a stunning victory Sunday in Tennessee, rallying from down 13 with eight minutes left in the fourth quarter to oust the upstart Titans 35-33.

The loss avoids the unthinkable – 0-3 – but it does little to douse the fire that has encircled this team in the recent weeks.

The Colts are 1-2, and make no mistake: They’re barely 1-2.

They had to sweat a 2-point conversion that would have tied the game with 47 seconds remaining, and not until safety Mike Adams corralled Titans fullback Jalston Fowler on that play, could Indianapolis exhale.
