Terre Haute, Ind.—Indiana State women’s soccer will open Missouri Valley Conference play on Sept. 23 at 8:00 p.m. as they travel to take on the Illinois State Redbirds.
The Sycamores are coming off a weekend in Ohio where they suffered two tough losses to Kent State and Toledo. The games proved to be physical as ISU recorded 22 fouls between the two matches and their opponents had 27.
Illinois State has recorded a 4-5-1 record and has won two out of their last three matches. The last time the Sycamores faced off with the Redbirds was on Oct.
