If the Indiana Hoosiers are to live up to their potential, they will need someone to step up at the point guard position. Robert Johnson showed a lot of improvement last season and going into his junior year, can be exactly what the team needs to thrive.
Johnson became a regular starter after James Blackmon Jr. suffered a season ending injury. His improvements from the previous season immediately became apparent as his three-point percentage improved from 39 to 45 percent and also became a much more efficient rebounder. When Yogi Ferrell needed a breather, Johnson would step up and serve as the primary ball-handler, as well.
