PEORIA — The Bradley men’s basketball alumni team continued to tweak its roster Monday as the beginning of regional play in The Basketball Tournament looms less than three weeks out.
Guard Sam Maniscalco has decided to forego playing and join the Always A Brave coaching staff instead. He will be replaced on the roster by 6-foot-6 forward Taylor Brown, who last played for the Braves in 2012. Brown averaged 16.4 points for King Szczecin in the Poland TBL over the winter.
Always A Brave, which reached the national semifinals of the TBT last summer, is seeded third in the Midwest Regional, which begins play July 15-16 at BU’s Renaissance Coliseum.
