So many cool things happened during The Basketball Tournament at Renaissance Coliseum on Saturday. I particularly enjoyed watching:
Alums from my alma mater, Iowa State, going on a 3-point shooting spree the minute I walked into the building and turning a 10-point deficit into a 17-point lead.
* A heavyweight 41-year-old Rico Hill, he of Illinois State fame, play 30 minutes and snag 13 rebounds.
* So many ex-Bradley Braves show up to support of their former teammates.
* Charles White work as an assistant coach for the Peoria All-Stars and coaching his son Jeff.
