PEORIA, Ill. -- Senior forward Leti Lerma (Muscatine, Iowa/Muscatine) has been named the Bradley COUNTRY Financial Scholar-Athlete of the Week after highlighting Saturday's 70-59 victory over Illinois State with her 11th double-double of the year.
In the final home game of her career Lerma turned in one of her best performances with 21 points, 13 rebounds, six assists and four steals to help power the Braves to the victory. She was 7-for-13 from the field and 7-of-11 from the free throw line overall, collecting 13 points, eight rebounds, three assists and three steals in the second half.
