PEORIA, Ill-- Julia Nielsen was named Track MVC Player of the Week for her performance at the Bruce and Lehane Scarlet and White Invite.
Last weekend, she ran a 2:04.67 in the women's 800m to record the second best time in Bradley history.
Julia Nielsen is now ranked #1 in the MVC, #2 in school history, and #22 in the NCAA.
She runs beside 11 other athletes in Boston this weekend while her other teammates run at Grand Valley State.
