Inaugural Dugout Club Dinner raises over $26,000 for Redbird Baseball
NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State baseball team held its first Dugout Club Dinner Saturday at the Hancock Stadium Club. Over 200 guests joined current and former members of the Illinois State baseball team to help raise money for the program.
Highlighting the event were former Redbird and MLB players Buzz Capra, Neal Cotts and Brock Stewart, as the trio joined ISU alum and current WGN sports anchor Dan Roan for a question and answer panel. Both live and silent auctions were also conducted, as the event raised over $26,000 in total.
