Illini Bluffs High School first-team all-stater Taylor Bruninga announced on his Twitter account late Monday night he had committed to play at Illinois State, and on Tuesday the star forward officially became a Redbird by signing a National Letter of Intent.
Bruninga, who was listed at 6-foot-7 to start the season, has grown to 6-8 1/2 since then, his high school coach, Clay Vass, said Tuesday morning.
