UI trustees to vote on health insurance hike, bonds for sports complex

URBANA — A 15 percent increase in student health insurance rates and a $196 million bond sale to finance construction of a soccer and track complex, football performance facility and other projects will be considered today by University of Illinois trustees.

Also on the agenda for the board's regular business meeting: approval of two key academic programs for the new Carle Illinois College of Medicine — the Department of Clinical Sciences, and the Department of Biomedical and Translational Sciences.
