The station will carry all the Illinois baseball games this season. SCOTT BEATTY handles the early action, calling Illinois' three games this weekend in St. Louis. Beatty is filling in for DAVE LOANE, the longtime voice of Illinois baseball, while Loane finishes the women's basketball season.
The team was originaly scheduled to play today in Beaumont, Texas, but its flight was canceled.
Beatty is working Illinois games Feb. 23-25 at Conway, S.C., March 2-4 in Minneapolis and March 9-11 in Greenville, S.
