The majority has been wrong before. When the all-too-soon time comes to name a permanent Illini football coach, Mike Thomas is the most logical person to do it.
Don’t overreact. Hear me out. I’ve been analyzing this since early summer, commenting frequently that the next big UI fan upheaval will center on whether the leader of what is seen as a disfunctional program should be allowed to correct his biggest mistake.
