The latest recruit to commit to Lovie Smith and his coaching staff is Alex Palczewski.
Palczewski is a three-star offensive lineman from Mount Prospect, Illinois. He is 6-foot-6, 270-pounds, and his size is one of the reasons why he is the No. 45 overall offensive tackle in the class of 2017.
Last night, Palczewski took to Twitter to tweet out the great news that he is committing to the Illini. This was huge not only for him but also for the program as well.
Palczewski now makes the No. 20 commit for the class of 2017.
