FLAGSTAFF, Ariz.— It seemed like Idaho could make a shot anywhere on the court as the Vandals made 15 threes in the 86-69 victory at Northern Arizona Thursday night.
Four scored in double-figures and Idaho, for the second time this season, dished out 19 assists. The Splash Sisters, Mikayla Ferenz and Taylor Pierce, led the way with 21 points and four assists apiece while Pierce also went 7-of-16 from behind the arc. Freshman Janie King caught fire going 4-of-6 from the three with 12 points, Isabelle Hadden tacked on 10 points and Gina Marxen totaled a team-high six assists.
