LEWISTON, Idaho—The Vandal women's tennis team showed little signs of rust on Saturday. Idaho defeated former WAC rival Seattle U, 7-0, returning to the courts after a two week break in the schedule.
Idaho (9-5) was successful early and often against the Redhawks. The Vandals took the doubles point for the third consecutive match. Marianna Petrei and Lucia Badillos clinched the point for the Vandals. The duo scored a 6-2 decision at No. 1, its 10th win as a paring this season.
Freshman Jessica Brzozowska earned Idaho's first singles win of the day.
