Vandals Compete at Junior Championships

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A pair of Vandals took part in the 2017 USATF Junior Outdoor Championships on Friday, competing in the long jump.

Kasin Pendergrass-Anderson took seventh in the event, leaping 7.08 meters (23-2.75). Future teammate Britt Ipsen finished 15th with a jump of 6.45 meters (21-2.00).

Pendergrass-Anderson had a tremendous freshman campaign with Idaho, taking fifth in the long jump at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships and sixth in the triple jump.
